Details Ubiquity Dallas is experiencing intermittent network slowness affecting some customers.

Ubiquity Dallas is experiencing intermittent network issues affecting some customers. We believe we have determined the cause of the issue to be an issue with one of our distribution level switches. We are working to determine the exact issue and best course of action for resolving the problem, but unfortunately, we do not have an ETA at this time.. We will post updates as soon as they become available. == Update 10/27 10:32 PM CST ==

Ubiquity's network operations team has determined that one of our distribution layer switches (distro01.dal01) in Dallas has suffered a complete hardware failure. Our redundant network architecture at DAL01 is functioning as designed in successfully averting an outage, however with some unexpected performance issues as distro02.dal01 is not currently performing up to vendor specifications. We have rushed a complete replacement of all affected equipment which should be taking place in the next 24 hours, at which point we expect performance to return to normal. Thank you for your patience while we continue working to resolve this as quickly as we are able.

The equipment replacement is expected to take place in an emergency maintenance window between 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM CST. Downtime within this window may occur.

Maintenance has been delayed to 7:30 - 8:30 CST as we prep for the upgrade.


== Update 10/28 8:20 PM CST ==

Maintenance was completed successfully and new equipment is in place functioning as designed. Thank you for everyone's patience.
