Ubiquity Chicago 3 is presently undergoing weather related power issues.
Ubiquity Chicago 3 is presently undergoing weather related power issues. Utility service to the building has failed due to a major storm in the Chicago area. The facility has reported that they are having trouble bringing the generator system online and are presently working to restore power as quickly as possible. We will post updates here as soon as they become available. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our support team by creating a support ticket

UPDATE: Utility power has been restored to the facility. At this time all services should be operating normally. We will be conducting a through follow-up to determine the exact reasons behind the utility to generator switchover failure.
